Bogdanovića plac building
Multi-storey residential building, floors basement+6, is located in IVANA GORANA KOVACICA street in Bijeljina.
The basement of the building is functionally designed for auxiliary rooms: boiler room, coal, substation, elevator, corridor with staircase, connection to the ground floor and outer staircase.
All other floors are designed exclusively for residential purposes, and around the facility there are pedestrian areas, green areas and parkins.
The building is heated to solid fuel, through a boiler room in the basement, and a radiator. The heating is detailed in the machine phase of the project. Also projected are chimneys for each apartment separately, as an alternative.
The building has an intercom, the entrance is resolved by a security door equipped with an electric lock.
Exterior joinery is made of pvc profile, glazed with three-layer glass.
The entrance door to the apartments is security, anti-burglary.
Interior carpentry is of modern design, solid wood frame, painted with eco colors based on water.
The fences on the terraces are reduced lines, a combination of concrete parapets with tempered glass and all handrails.
Floors in common areas (corridors and stairs) are of granite stone, anti-slip and wear-resistant.
The floors in the apartments are covered with oak parquet I class, while the bathrooms and kitchens are covered with ceramic tiles of modern design.
