The building is a floor space of Po + Pr + 5, apartments of different sizes of 28m2-72m2 are designed. In the basement of the building there is a parking garage, and there is also an open parking lot on the plot - each apartment has parking.
In the part of the ground floor there is an office space, and the floors are projected as exclusively residential.
Heating and cooling of the building is solved by the water-water heat pumps which, besides using renewable resources and not polluting the environment, also save energy.
Heating and cooling systems are provided in the apartments with a parapet fan coil system.
The building has an intercom, entrance to the secured security door equipped with an electric lock.
Exterior joinery is made of REHAU pvc profile, glazed with three-layer glass.
The entrance doors to the apartments are security, anti-burglary and fire protection.
Interior carpentry is of modern design, solid wood frame, painted with eco colors based on water.
The fences on the terraces are a reduced line, a combination of laminated tempered glass in aluminum frames, with pronounced corners of al brushes. Al brisoles have the function of directing the sun's rays, as well as creating more intimate spaces on the terraces, and also represent an architectural detail on the building.
Floors in common areas (corridors and stairs) are of granite stone, anti-slip and wear-resistant.
The floors in the apartments are covered with oak parquet I class, while the bathrooms and kitchens are covered with ceramic tiles of modern design.
The plot is partially fenced and separated from the road by concrete gardens with green areas and high and low vegetation around which benches and social spaces are set up, etc.
